Personal Trainer to Go

I have been using 'Personal Trainer to Go' for the past six months. It is literally my exercise bible, my crutch and I am never without it!

I was in such a rut and the book has changed how I go about exercising. It's easy to follow, educational and keeps me on the right track. It keeps me on target at the gym, at home and when I travel. It's like having a personal trainer with me all the time! I've even bought more copies to give my friends as gifts.

"Muscles Matter" Workshops

Thank you so much for speaking at our Active Living and Information Fair. You had rave reviews and are such an inspiration to all. Your personality is magnetic, enthusiasm contagious, and I am sure you have helped many people aged 50+ with bettering their lives through fitness. You have great ideas for exercise routines geared towards older adults. I appreciate that your activities are versatile enough that they can be done while watching television, which makes it less intimidating for those new to fitness or trying to get back to a fit lifestyle. The fact that these exercises can be done at home makes them ideal for Canadian winters. The exercises don't include the need to buy expensive equipment, which is perfect for older adults living on a fixed income.
