New Workshops

Welcome to 50+ fitness. My name is Edna Levitt, and I am the founder of 50+ fitness, which provides personal training for women and men aged 50+. I started working out almost 20 years ago, when I joined a gym and found myself participating in an aerobics class. In due course I was working out five times a week and realized I had become a fitness enthusiast! I decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer, after many 50+ women asked me how they could attain a toned and 'sculpted' body.

I launched 50+ fitness to focus exclusively on personal training for strength building and enhanced physical performance... My workout program is targeted to Baby Boomers and Baby Boomers Plus who want to boost muscle tone and endurance, and at the same time, get into shape and feel healthier. I train my clients in their homes, offices or gyms – it's their choice. My goal is to educate and encourage my clients to incorporate exercise into their lifestyle. I know how much my life changed when I first headed out to the gym for that one-hour workout!

After an initial consultation and fitness assessment, I design a workout specifically for your fitness level and goals. Each time we meet, I demonstrate step-by-step, a complete upper and lower body workout. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner exerciser, one who has exercised without results, or you just want to give your existing program a boost, I can work with you to reach your goals. My programs incorporate free weights, medicine balls, resistance bands and stability balls. The workouts I design challenge 50+ bodies to achieve the best possible results.

My commitment is to be with my clients every step of the way. I can help you find out what you can do, make sure you stay on track, and encourage you to challenge yourself to get that toned, 'sculpted' look you've always wanted!
